As a Branch Manager at PNC in Chicago, IL, you will lead all aspects of branch performance, focusing on driving revenue, ensuring customer loyalty, and creating a differentiated customer experience. Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance to drive revenue and customer loyalty
• Create a differentiated customer experience by making banking easy in an omnichannel environment
• Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners
• Accountable for risk management and compliance
• Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members
• Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty
• Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households
• Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities
• Manage and coach to the delivery of a differentiated client experience
• Drive the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk

Requirements
