Branch Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Chase branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying company culture and values
• Grow deposits and investments by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust
• Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses for branch presence and community engagement
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and following policies

• Ability to organize and manage competing priorities

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience

Nice to Have

• College degree or military equivalent
