As an Associate Banker with Chase, you will deliver exceptional client experiences through attentive service and by providing the latest banking solutions and technology to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role builds lasting relationships and significantly contributes to the branch's success.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic
- Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulations
- Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
- Build meaningful relationships, share product knowledge, and introduce clients to experts to help achieve financial goals
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs
Requirements
- Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations
- Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care
- Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to elevate the client experience through teamwork
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
