Part Time Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker, you will represent Chase by providing exceptional client experiences, assisting with transactions, opening new accounts, and educating clients on banking technology. Your role is crucial in building lasting client relationships and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations
• Educate clients on how to use self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge
• Introduce clients to a team of experts to help achieve their financial goals
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like vaults and ATMs, adhering to bank policies

Qualifications
