As a Branch Manager at Chase, you will lead and manage all aspects of a branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. You will build lasting client relationships, represent the brand, and deliver financial solutions while ensuring a strong risk and control environment.
Responsibilities
- Motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying company culture and values
- Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments
- Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust
- Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and adhering to policies and procedures
Requirements
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and make strong decisions
- Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, with commitment to operational integrity
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect with technology
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
