Branch Manager

About This Role

As a Branch Manager at Chase, you will lead and manage all aspects of a branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. You will build lasting client relationships, represent the brand, and deliver financial solutions while ensuring a strong risk and control environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying company culture and values
• Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and adhering to policies and procedures

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
