Manage operations and team within a Chase branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, fostering client relationships, and ensuring operational integrity. Lead by example and coach staff for success in a dynamic banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success
- Deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment for employees and clients
- Share a clear vision and embody company culture and values for the branch team
- Leverage the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments
- Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of clients to build lasting relationships and trust
- Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and community engagement
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and following policies and procedures
- Influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology
Requirements
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees
- Ability to multitask, organize, and manage competing priorities
- Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong decision-making skills
- Experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect with technology
Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
Nice to Have
- College degree or military equivalent
