About This Role

This role involves providing ABA therapy and behavior support to individuals with disabilities, conducting functional behavior assessments, and supervising RBTs and ABA Specialists. The position requires training caregivers and collaborating with families to enhance skills and independence.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
Train caregivers and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ABA Specialists, and practicum students
Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families

Requirements

Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
BCBA certification
Missouri LBA (in good standing)
1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
Strong communication skills
Strong data skills
