About This Role

This role involves providing ABA therapy and behavior support to individuals with disabilities, conducting functional behavior assessments, analyzing data, and training caregivers and RBTs. The position aims to help individuals achieve more independent and meaningful lives.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
Conduct FBAs and analyze data
Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families

Requirements

Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
BCBA
Missouri LBA (in good standing)
1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
Strong communication and data skills
