This role involves delivering and overseeing relationship-centered ABA therapy in various settings, guiding RBTs, and collaborating with families to provide empowering and respectful care. You will also help shape the clinical model and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth
- Guide and support RBTs as collaborators
- Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful
- Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas
- Desire to build a better system for autism care
- Belief that therapy should feel personal, not procedural
- Energized by doing things differently and humanely
