About This Role

Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for individuals with autism. Oversee programs implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians and caregivers, and conduct various behavioral assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

Requirements

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
