This role offers master's level practicum experience for aspiring Behavior Analysts in Training, providing early intervention therapy for children with autism and a clear path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Accrue 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- Complete all Restricted hours for supervision
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shape children's minds in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborate with BCBA’s and team members dedicated to ABC’s core values
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
Requirements
- BT or RBT certification
- Currently accruing supervision hours for BCBA certification
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program
- Passion for helping children
Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
- Currently a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours
