About This Role

This role offers master's level practicum experience for aspiring Behavior Analysts in Training, providing early intervention therapy for children with autism and a clear path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

  • Accrue 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
  • Complete all Restricted hours for supervision
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Shape children's minds in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBA’s and team members dedicated to ABC’s core values
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

  • BT or RBT certification
  • Currently accruing supervision hours for BCBA certification
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program
  • Passion for helping children

Qualifications

  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Currently a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours
