Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality
- Provide assistance to other team members
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
