Join the Outback Steakhouse team as a Bartender, responsible for crafting drinks with precision and serving guests responsibly. You will contribute to creating an "AUSS-SOME" dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to preferences
- Efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications, while serving customers responsibly
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell
- Act as a resource for Servers in the restaurant by answering questions about Spirited Drinks
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift
Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
