Bartender

About This Role

Efficiently craft drinks to perfection and serve customers responsibly as a Bartender, supporting the commitment to providing an AUSS-SOME dining experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
• Efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications, while serving customers responsibly
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell items
• Serve as a resource for Servers regarding Spirited Drinks
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
