About This Role

Join a nationally recognized Healthcare Litigation Team to handle complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and healthcare-related claims. This role involves drafting legal documents, participating in depositions, and developing case strategies for healthcare systems and providers.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and healthcare-related claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience (any sector)
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong courtroom presence and client communication abilities
• Admission to the Washington State Bar (or ability to waive in)
