About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and driving sales while leading customer service efforts and training associates. This role requires dependability and energy to maintain a fun, customer-first store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store as a key holder
  • Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals
  • Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
  • Train and guide associates on processes and standards
  • Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation
  • Follow and promote loss prevention procedures

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Great customer service and a positive attitude
  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience

Nice to Have

  • Previous supervisory experience
