Assistant Store Leader of Guest Engagement

About This Role

This role involves leading and supporting the Store Leader in achieving store goals, driving guest and associate engagement, and ensuring exceptional guest service for a rapidly growing women's fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve all store goals, including best of class guest service and sales objectives
• Drive both associate and guest engagement
• Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge
• Present a clean, well-maintained store environment
• Drive excellence and provide leadership in all aspects of the store with a special focus on development of associates and the guest experience
• Foster a guest-focused team environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
• Achieve excellent guest service by role-modeling company service standards
• Proactively provide timely feedback to associates, reward and recognize performance to drive retention
• Manage conflict and coach by applying company’s recommended processes, standards and guidelines
• Develop associates through an individualized approach by matching talent with tasks, delegating, and challenging on results
• Manage Mission Monday partnership and events
• Ensure the fitting room experience is exceptional – outfitting and styling
• Manage product communication and all product information posted
• Lead new associate on-boarding
• Co-lead floor set and refresh strategy
• Co-manage payroll and store’s financial performance

Requirements

• 1 year Retail Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1 year Retail Management
