About This Role

This role involves engaging with customers to design products that fit their style and space, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The Assistant Showroom Manager supports the team in achieving sales goals and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lovesac products and services, assisting customers and supporting Associates with product knowledge
  • Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships
  • Foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty through consistent, exceptional service
  • Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools and communication methods
  • Stay updated on selling and promotional strategies, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to business changes
  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions
  • Analyze sales data to support team behaviors in meeting goals and KPIs

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High-School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support (product demos, CRM systems)
  • Ability to support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience (in-person, local stores, third-party vendors, remote customer service)
  • Ability to move objects (medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds)
  • Routinely able to perform bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, climbing

Qualifications

  • High-School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer service environment
