Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share within the Long Island South territory for Axogen's nerve repair products. This role involves promoting, selling, and servicing products from a home office, traveling to customer sites, and training medical staff. It requires ethical territory management and aggressive targeting of new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and deliver on plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Consistently achieve/over-achieve sales objectives
- Handle multiple and competing priorities
- Maintain and grow business with specific targeted accounts/customers
- Establish and promote new business in identified competitive accounts
- Maintain accurate account and territory records
- Effectively manage time to ensure maximum coverage of targeted accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors
- Control and manage expenses in the most cost-effective manner
- Present, support and manage Axogen pricing policy and price agreements
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key decision makers
- Plan, implement and deliver effective sales/product presentations to customers
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Educate customers to ensure products are understood and used effectively
- Proactively develop knowledge, skills and abilities in all relevant areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years sales experience in medical sales
- Operating Room sales experience
- Reside in the territory (Suffolk and Nassau County)
