About This Role

Develop partnerships at auto dealerships to drive new and existing business for Capital One Auto Finance. Anticipate dealership needs and provide compelling product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate meaningful relationships with dealerships within assigned territory
  • Provide sales calls to assigned auto dealerships
  • Develop a business plan for territory that defines sales strategy and approach
  • Plan and prepare data and information to sell the story on sales calls
  • Collaborate with dealership and COAF to problem solve challenges
  • Complete administrative and team tasks, such as conference calls and expense reports

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years credit underwriting experience in the indirect lending, auto finance industry
  • Previous experience analyzing, reporting on and setting goals based on performance metrics
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and people management
