This role involves acting as a team member in delivering quality patient care under a Provider or Registered Nurse's supervision, facilitating clinic flow, and providing excellent patient care in an outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities
- Act as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Facilitate clinic flow and provide excellent patient care
- Perform basic skills per department guidelines and policies
- Communicate observations to members of the health care team
- Room patients
- Collect vitals
- Assist in minor office procedures
- Perform EPIC In basket work
- Process FMLA and short-term Disability work
- Answer phones
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
