Supervise alcohol compliance at Coors Field events, ensuring all employees and guests adhere to safe-drinking guidelines. This role involves training staff, maintaining paperwork, and providing excellent customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Train staff on alcohol policy and ensure compliance throughout events
- Maintain necessary paperwork, including pre-event checklists, signed alcohol policies, incident forms, and witness reports
- Maintain excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Ensure all employees and guests follow safe-drinking guidelines
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Able to read, write, and complete basic math functions
