This entry-level Administrative Coordinator will provide essential office support, maintain a professional environment, and ensure smooth operations for a growing client in Woburn, MA. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting events, and assisting the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties including filing, printing, copying, scanning, shredding, processing expense reports, and managing kitchen and office supplies
- Arrange travel for non-management team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and callers
- Maintain daily stocking of the kitchen
- Manage and stock the office supply room, ordering supplies as needed
- Pick up and distribute daily mail to employees
- Manage conference room calendars; set up conference calls and GoToMeeting sessions
- Coordinate outside guest seminars and meetings, including room setup
- Assist with planning and setup of weekly company socials and company events
- Support the HR team with coordinating candidate visits, booking candidate travel, and arranging lunches

- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience working in an administrative support role, outward facing
- Entry-level or relevant experience in an administrative support role
