The Administrative Coordinator for the Community Outreach Recovery Empowerment (CORE) program is responsible for organizing and monitoring office support systems, supervising clerical staff, and assisting the Program Director in general operations. This role ensures smooth administrative functions for a mental health services provider.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clerical staff in day-to-day duties including mail processing, data entry, records maintenance, and report preparation
- Manage inventory control and purchasing of program supplies
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
- Develop office systems, procedures, and policies
- Oversee preparation, review, and dissemination of various reports for internal and external submission
- Assist with HIPAA compliance and quality assurance related to billing
- Manage site security, maintenance, and safety, including alarm codes, computer access, and facility work orders
- Perform word processing tasks such as memos
- Maintain orderly files and ensure an adequate supply of office supplies and forms
- Schedule appointments for the director
- Maintain and assist staff in using office equipment
- Provide support to the director and other supervisors as assigned
- Adhere to and support Turning Point Community Programs policies and procedures
- Attend staff meetings
