This Clinical Team Lead II will provide clinical and performance supervision to direct service staff within the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program, assisting the Program Director with program development. The role ensures high-quality mental health services are delivered to clients, promoting recovery and independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring services are delivered to clients.
- Provide prompt intervention in the event of a crisis, notifying necessary persons and agencies.
- Provide "on-the-spot" counseling consistent with program philosophy.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of members.
- Complete all assigned paperwork in a timely manner.
- Provide appropriate supervision of subordinate staff to facilitate timely service provision.
- Be personally responsible and accountable for work hours and time management.
- Facilitate at least one group session per week.
- Provide support to other staff members as needed.
- Assist members in Mental Health Court.
- Facilitate team staff meetings and attend agency staff meetings.
- Monitor staff productivity of supervisees, ensuring paperwork completion and agency/program productivity standards are met.
- Assist Program Director with meeting staff training needs.
