Supervise shift operations and staff scheduling at Sage Village program, providing leadership and support for clients and staff in a mental health services setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for clients/staff in the absence of the Team Leader
- Review and track staff progress notes
- Secure coverage for absent staff members
- Assist team leader by providing input for staff performance evaluations
- Meet with team leader weekly to provide updates
- Assist in interviewing and decision making when hiring PM staff
- Review and update all PM shift forms
- Review and send all SIRs for this shift
- Coordinate PM medication runs
- Carry a small caseload and provide case management services as required
- Provide after hours 'on-call' support on a rotational basis for clients in crisis as needed
- Interact productively within the team to provide holistic case management services
- Provide 'on-the-spot' counseling consistent with program philosophy
- Attend to the safety, health, and well-being of clients/staff
- Complete paperwork as assigned in a timely manner
