Shift Supervisor

About This Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will support the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy, focusing on excellent customer service to drive store execution and build customer loyalty. You will lead store staff, ensure smooth operations, and be responsible for opening and closing procedures when a manager is not present.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise
• Stock shelves
• Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

Nice to Have

• Experience as a retail supervisor
