Store Associate

About This Role

This role involves providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues, accurately performing cashier duties, and maintaining the sales floor by restocking and managing inventory. The associate will also support various store departments and assist pharmacy personnel to ensure optimal store operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and demonstrating compassion
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, and updating pricing information
• Complete inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Entry level, previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
