About This Role

The Administrative Coordinator II helps maintain and distribute information, organizes workflow, and assists with event coordination. This role supports front-line teams and department managers while learning data management policies.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and draft routine presentations, correspondence, and reports
  • Organize workflow by assisting with routine requests from front-line teams and department managers
  • Coordinate and calendar meetings for directors and their teams
  • Arrange small-scale events with detailed instructions
  • Learn to execute data maintenance and management, including data input and basic analysis
  • Operate standard office equipment such as email, fax, and xerox
  • Maintain routine inventory control and stock department office supplies
  • Receive, screen, and refer incoming and outgoing mail, emails, calls, and visits
  • Assist with event execution, including travel arrangements and on-site coordination for simple issues
