Accounting Specialist

About This Role

Join our finance team as a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist, focusing on accounts payable/receivable reconciliation, vendor management, and intercompany settlements. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese and a strong understanding of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit payment requests for monthly-settlement suppliers
• Process payments for invoice-settlement suppliers
• Maintain and manage account information for newly added suppliers and non-business vendors
• Perform reconciliation and clearing for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Conduct intercompany reconciliation and settlement
• Maintain and reconcile corporate credit card information and related ledgers
• Handle check account reconciliation and manage bank statements/account binding
• Process non-business payment requests and verify all supporting documentation
• Oversee accounting procedures related to the reconciliation of monthly business and non-business payments

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Skilled in financial software
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in advanced Excel functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
