About This Role

This Accounting Specialist role involves managing daily accounting tasks and supporting financial operations for the company, focusing on accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform general ledger entries and record keeping
Conduct bank and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Process invoices, payments, and expenses
Maintain organized financial records

Requirements

Previous Accounting Experience Required
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software and Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Ability to work independently and with a team
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
