About This Role

Act as a primary contact for employer and member benefit inquiries, providing guidance on health, welfare, and retirement options, and processing benefit-related transactions for community-serving organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for employer and member benefit questions
  • Provide guidance on health, welfare, and retirement benefit options
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Support new employer onboarding and benefit changes
  • Process benefit-related transactions using enterprise systems (CRM/ERP)

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (written & spoken)
  • 2+ years in account management or customer support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in account management or customer support

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a large ERP or CRM
