About This Role

This Account Manager role focuses on building long-term relationships with existing strategic accounts and handling inbound replacement opportunities within the mission-critical power and air solutions sector. The role involves technical collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions for data centers and essential infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner for approximately 30 strategic accounts.
• Conduct job walks to understand infrastructure needs and interpret electrical one-liners.
• Partner closely with Service Managers and Project Managers to scope precise solutions.
• Benefit from a strong EOS framework and a culture that prioritizes professional development.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure sales (UPS, HVAC, or Electrical)
• Curious and detail-oriented mindset
