This Account Manager will oversee and cultivate client relationships, identifying needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth within the protective packaging industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture client relationships
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts and work closely with internal teams
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Create proposals
- Manage client communications
- Ensure all projects meet set deadlines and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, and client retention
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client data and develop strategic solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other tools for account management
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple projects
- Capability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client objectives
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, and client retention
