As an Account Manager, you will drive Kforce's growth by generating new sales leads, building client relationships, and placing professional and technology staffing services. You will act as a key connector between talent and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and expanding Kforce's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct contact with clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings to engage them in utilizing staffing and consulting solutions
- Develop and foster relationships with clients, becoming their go-to industry expert
- Gain awareness of client's vision, strategy, goals, and needs
- Deliver presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative and engaging manner
- Negotiate with clients to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees
- Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal Kforce colleagues to facilitate the placement process, including candidate presentation, interview scheduling, and salary negotiation
- Manage client relationships throughout assignments to expand Kforce's presence within existing client accounts
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 2-8 years of sales-related or staffing experience
- Strong sales skills
- Enjoy networking, driving client interaction, and building relationships
- Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–8 years of sales-related experience or staffing experience
