As an Account Manager, you will be the primary post-sale contact for approximately 80 clients, owning the entire customer relationship from onboarding to renewals and upsells. Your role is crucial for ensuring customers succeed with Harmonic's mission-critical software, driving account activation, and relaying customer needs to the product team.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer relationship from onboarding, to upsells, and through to future renewals
- Work with the world's leading venture investors to drive success with mission-critical software
- Drive account activation and success, ensuring customers are genuinely impressed by the value provided
- Relay customer needs to the product team to inform the product roadmap
- Refine craft and processes, and evangelize those practices within the broader team
- Forecast with accuracy to ensure focus on the right customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and coursework in business, sales, marketing or adjacent fields
- Minimum 2+ years of experience successfully managing customer relationships, ideally in SaaS or data companies
- Resourceful, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing sales environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical acumen and ability to learn software products quickly
- Excitement to work in person 4+ days of the week at the NYC office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and coursework in either business, sales, marketing or adjacent fields
- 2+ years of experience successfully managing customer relationships, ideally in SaaS or data companies
