Account Manager

About This Role

This role involves assisting in the execution of direct mail and integrated digital marketing and fundraising strategies for nonprofit clients. The Account Manager will support upper management and manage client campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient support to the Account Directors, Vice Presidents, and President
• Support Account Directors with day-to-day operations
• Contribute to the development and execution of year-long direct marketing fundraising campaigns (mail, email, social media)
• Interact with clients to ensure their overall objectives and requirements are met
• Enter and update client jobs in the database
• Assist with weekly status updates for clients
• Monitor client deliverables and proactively keep projects on schedule
• Help develop and maintain detailed production schedules for clients
• Guide copywriting, design, and production management for client projects, including copyediting, proofreading, and creative guidance
• Proofread client art and review client data for accuracy
• Gather information, coordinate, and help prepare client reports
• Work with various internal departments and traffic work as needed
• Assist with team and client support as necessary

Requirements

• 3-6 years' experience in fundraising, marketing or a related field
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 3-6 years' experience in fundraising, marketing or a related field

• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in digital and direct marketing
