About This Role

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients for a developer-first security product company, focusing on upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role involves executing growth initiatives and gathering customer feedback to optimize the product.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Execute growth initiatives aimed at expanding customer usage and value realization
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional features and services to existing customers
  • Maintain and manage customer records in CRM system
  • Work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and product to gather and relay customer feedback to optimize product

Requirements

  • Medior/Senior profile
  • Experience with CRM, upselling strategies, client retention, and account growth
  • Very tech-savvy
  • Hungry and 'get stuff done' mentality
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Fluent in English
