The Account Manager will strategically market, promote, and align Agilix Solutions' products and services to existing and potential industrial, OEM, and contractor customers in the Wichita, KS area. This role involves developing relationships, executing strategic account plans, and driving profitable sales growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with key buying influences across assigned accounts.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to increase market share of Agilix products and services.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships and prospect new opportunities for profitable sales growth.
- Remain current on all Agilix Solutions products and services and clearly communicate their value.
- Continuously execute a Disciplined Sales Process at all assigned accounts.
- Penetrate and identify the target customer base, establish relationships, and cultivate new opportunities.
- Lead client-driven training events and other business-related presentations.
- Develop relationships with vendors and engage internal resources to identify and close opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Familiarization with Electrical, Industrial, and Industrial Automation Products and services
- Passion for problem-solving for customer applications and issues
- Ability to view supported products and technology as part of business strategy
- Ability to lead and coordinate sales teaming efforts
- High level of business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong arbitration and presentation skills
- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF, PowerPoint)
- Creative thinking ability
- Understanding of data for business analysis
- Collaborative coordination and time management
Qualifications
- College degree preferred with equivalent work experience acceptable
- 3-5 years of industry experience, electrical distribution experience is considered a plus.
