This Account Manager role focuses on maintaining and fostering relationships with existing clients for Access Medical Laboratories. The position involves assisting clients with daily needs and serving as a liaison between clients and various internal departments to ensure satisfaction and efficient account management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues via phone and email
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Billing, and Operations, to ensure client needs are met
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the client relationship
- Ensure overall client satisfaction and efficiency of accounts
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of Account management experience
- 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong phone and email etiquette
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of Account management experience and 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
