About This Role

This role is pivotal in creating and managing educational content for online learning, ensuring all course materials comply with quality standards and accessibility guidelines. This position allows for a dynamic work environment where your contributions can significantly impact student success.

Responsibilities

• Create and update course shells in the LMS according to universal design standards
• Consult on LMS capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders on course development
• Independently manage the curriculum feedback ticketing system
• Ensure course catalog compliance with clarity and formatting standards
• Review content for alignment with Quality Matters standards

Requirements

• HTML/coding experience
• Experience in professional or academic editing/proofreading
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Ability to report on data and manage multiple projects independently
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Suite and/or Learning Management Systems
