As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will provide world-class customer service to employees and guests, manage facility operations, and coordinate on-site events to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience at a designated building.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly demeanor
- Issue visitor and parking passes and adhere to security protocols
- Answer telephones professionally and make memorable first impressions
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services like mail and office supply
- Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers professionally
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing space, setup, tear down, and supply delivery
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety
- Coordinate with vendors providing services or goods to the workplace
- Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager's directions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience
- Open and flexible work schedules
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
- Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
- Ability to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work requiring significant walking or other means of mobility, including standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma Or GED Or Equivalent Experience Required
- 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
