About This Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will provide world-class customer service to employees and guests, manage facility operations, and coordinate on-site events to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience at a designated building.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly demeanor
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and adhere to security protocols
  • Answer telephones professionally and make memorable first impressions
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services like mail and office supply
  • Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers professionally
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing space, setup, tear down, and supply delivery
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety
  • Coordinate with vendors providing services or goods to the workplace
  • Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager's directions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience
  • Open and flexible work schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
  • Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
  • Ability to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work requiring significant walking or other means of mobility, including standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma Or GED Or Equivalent Experience Required
  • 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
