Senior Business Development Analyst

About This Role

This hybrid, client-facing role combines data analytics, strategic portfolio management, relationship building, and technology leadership within CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Solutions team. You will advise senior-level brokers and clients on complex real estate challenges and drive efficiencies through innovative technology and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level brokers and clients, providing insights across portfolio management, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships across the team, clients, and subject matter experts
• Develop and manage analytics processes for portfolio diagnostics, commercial metrics, and gap analyses
• Lead research, data analysis, and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in leased and owned assets
• Collaborate with finance and commercial modeling teams to align portfolio data with business metrics
• Support sales activities such as lead generation, solutioning, client meetings, and relationship expansion
• Own technology and AI adoption for the team, identifying inefficiencies and implementing tools to enhance productivity and client service
• Mentor and manage interns, analysts, and junior team members, providing guidance on business development and portfolio strategy
• Participate in conferences and client-facing events to strengthen strategic relationships
• Maintain high administrative standards, including taking detailed meeting notes, updating CRM systems, and coordinating meetings
