This role is a Vice President level position focused on leading strategic M&A integration efforts, reporting to the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. The role involves driving excellence in due diligence and post-merger integration globally, collaborating with senior executives to navigate complex transactions.
Responsibilities
- Support M&A due diligence and drive integration efforts across the company
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and senior executives, being both pragmatic and structured
- Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities, driving appropriate options and resolutions
- Develop and continuously refine diligence and integration strategy based on transaction size, complexity, and risk
- Mobilize and lead virtual teams and manage schedule and deliverables
- Facilitate connections and resolve cross-functional issues and prioritization conflicts during M&A transactions
- Build strong working relationships with senior leadership at newly acquired organizations
Requirements
- Experience coordinating large-scale, complex deal related due diligence
- Experience in post-merger integration and divestiture programs (acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and/or carve-outs)
- Strong strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional judgment
- Strong operational execution
- Effective collaboration skills
