VP, M&A Integration

About This Role

This role is a Vice President level position focused on leading strategic M&A integration efforts, reporting to the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. The role involves driving excellence in due diligence and post-merger integration globally, collaborating with senior executives to navigate complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A due diligence and drive integration efforts across the company
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and senior executives, being both pragmatic and structured
• Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities, driving appropriate options and resolutions
• Develop and continuously refine diligence and integration strategy based on transaction size, complexity, and risk
• Mobilize and lead virtual teams and manage schedule and deliverables
• Facilitate connections and resolve cross-functional issues and prioritization conflicts during M&A transactions
• Build strong working relationships with senior leadership at newly acquired organizations

Requirements

• Experience coordinating large-scale, complex deal related due diligence
• Experience in post-merger integration and divestiture programs (acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and/or carve-outs)
• Strong strategic planning capabilities
• Exceptional judgment
• Strong operational execution
• Effective collaboration skills
