Associate Property Manager

About This Role

Manage various financial activities for properties within a large market, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating administrative functions, overseeing budgets, and providing customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions
• Act as a liaison between the field management staff, client accounting services, and management
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects
• Manage the coding and processing of vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables
• Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics
• Evaluate income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Schedule internal compliance reviews and report review outcomes
• Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for complex inquiries and questions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
