Assistant Property Manager

About This Role

This Property Management Analyst role involves managing diverse financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and invoice processing, to ensure financial performance and client satisfaction within the property management sector.

Responsibilities

• Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions
• Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects
• Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables
• Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics
• Conduct internal compliance reviews
• Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change
• Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions

Requirements

• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of experience and education
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
