About This Role

This role will accelerate growth for Intuit's Workforce business by building and optimizing the sales engine. The position focuses on technical solutions, automating lead flow, and building infrastructure to empower the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales tech stack (Salesforce, Connect & Sell, etc.) for the workforce solutions sales team
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to ensure sales representatives spend more time selling
  • Design and manage the technical plumbing of the sales motion, including lead routing and workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and build automated, repeatable solutions
  • Partner with sales leadership to translate business priorities into technical requirements
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure in Salesforce for pipeline performance and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams for seamless hand-offs from lead generation to sales execution

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly technical role
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (reporting, dashboarding, and workflow logic)
  • Proven track record of setting up sales motions (inbound/outbound) and managing complex lead-routing logic
  • Execution-oriented mindset, energized by solving technical puzzles
  • Analytical rigor to turn raw data into actionable process improvements
  • Ability to explain complex technical setups to non-technical sales leaders

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly technical role
