Administer and champion a cloud-based workforce analytics platform for a global leader in risk and claims services. This role involves integrating the platform into daily operations, ensuring effective configuration, adoption, and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the workforce analytics platform, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization
- Serve as Product Owner, partnering with business stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, and value realization
- Design and execute rollout strategies, adoption plans, and feature enablement with minimal disruption to end users
- Configure dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership decision-making and workforce trend analysis
- Manage user access, role-based permissions, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on API integrations, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve platform issues through root cause analysis and vendor coordination
- Develop and document standard operating procedures, governance models, and usage guidelines
- Educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases
- Analyze platform data and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and monitoring standards
- Manage vendor relationships, product roadmaps, enhancement requests, and support escalations
Requirements
- Experience administering or owning a SaaS platform in an enterprise environment
- Experience with workforce analytics, productivity monitoring, or performance management platforms
- Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, dashboards, and trend interpretation
- Experience collaborating with developers or technical teams on API integrations and data flows
- Knowledge of audit, compliance, and data privacy considerations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
- Product Ownership (SaaS) - Primary owner and administrator of a vendor-managed SaaS platform
- Technical Acumen (Non-Developer) - Works closely with developers and vendors on APIs, integrations, and data mapping
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement - Explain platform value, ROI, and limitations, drive adoption
- Data & Analytics Expertise - Interpret workforce data, develop actionable reporting
- Vendor & Roadmap Management - Manage vendor relationships, root cause analysis, enhancement requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technology field preferred
