Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, prepare weld surfaces, and perform welding to 1G certification standards
• Set up and operate welding equipment, ironworker, band saw, drill press, and other tools safely, ensuring weld quality
• Accurately use tape measures, convert units, and maintain accurate documentation
• Operate forklifts and jib cranes following all safety procedures and maintaining necessary certifications
• Work collaboratively to meet production schedules with excellent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate cranes, forklifts, and welding equipment
• Proficient in blueprint interpretation
• Capable of precise measurements and conversions
• Certified in welding to 1G standards
