About This Role

Provide technical support for web and form services, focusing on ADA compliance and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to publish and maintain web content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via all communication channels as part of the IT team
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including formatting, functionality, usability, and accessibility
• Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font, and accessibility guidelines
• Resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites
• Ensure compliance with DPI standards and procedures for web content platforms
• Collaborate with the communications team and other staff on web needs and provide a framework for construction of new sites or enhancing existing sites

Requirements

• Knowledge of latest best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards
• Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools

Qualifications

• Entry level position, knowledge of web content development best practices required.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of custom modules, themes, and content objects
• Collaborative skills
